Our out of the box solution includes Sales Flow Process for Leads and Opportunities, Dashboards, Reports, Customer Service Case management, a Leadadi and Companies plug in as well as other system integrations.
We have customised Dynamics to create fields forms and views relevant to flexible workspaces. Within these elements there are still some options for your own customisations, such as auto assigning leads by location, accepting and rejecting leads with brokers. Once we understand your business processes, we can develop further workflows and customisation for you.

We believe any new system implementation is a change project, for a new system to be adopted and achieve the intended business management a full review of the how and what your people do around that system and the processes that accompany that.
As all our team have worked for operators in the flexible workspace sector we approach change in a very practical way, we know the critical business activities that need to take place each day, contracts, meeting rooms, billing and as important maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
